Delivery Times

At Vesentia we prepare each order carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our products are handmade, so we take the necessary time to ensure each piece maintains the quality that characterizes us.

Balearic Islands and Mainland:
Your order will arrive within 5 to 7 business days after purchase confirmation.

Please note that during periods of high demand —such as launches, special promotions, Halloween, Black Friday, or Christmas— delivery times may be slightly extended.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code, so you can check the status of your order at any time.

If the courier cannot make the delivery after several attempts, the package will be left at the nearest office. You must pick it up within a maximum of 15 days; otherwise, it will be returned to the sender. In these cases, the new shipment must be paid again.
