March 18th is International Recycling Day, a date that reminds us that small gestures can generate big changes.

At Vesentia, we want every order you place to have a real, positive impact on the planet. From day one, our commitment to the environment has been one of our fundamental goals, using only environmentally friendly materials and packaging, such as our cornstarch packing peanuts, and our goal of offering products free of single-use plastics.

That is why we are so excited to announce a new initiative that is part of our commitment to a more sustainable future.

From now on, every order at Vesentia will help prevent 3 plastic bottles from reaching the ocean.
This will enable each one of you to contribute directly to projects that recover and manage plastic before it ends up polluting our seas and ecosystems.

What does this mean for you?

🌊 How does it work?

Through this system, we support global "ocean-bound" plastic collection projects, which focus on waste found within 50 km of rivers or coastlines that is at high risk of ending up in the sea. Intercepting it at that point is key to protecting marine ecosystems.

The collected plastic is recycled and transformed into reusable raw material, reducing the need to produce new plastic and helping to lower the CO₂ emissions associated with its manufacturing.

🤝 Real impact on communities

The program is carried out in partnership with initiatives such as Plastic Bank, which works with coastal communities in regions with limited recycling infrastructure.

People can collect plastic and exchange it for income, food, school supplies, or health insurance, creating new economic opportunities and strengthening local economies.

Furthermore, the entire process is digitally verified and traceable, ensuring that the impact is real and measurable.
